ePIPO is a company that will pay you to surf the web, while viewing ads displayed on their Surf Window. They will also pay you for referring friends to the program.
Payment Questions:
What is their payment plan?
- They pay their Surf Partners 60 points ($0.60) for each hour you are on the internet with the Surf Window open. They also pay you 10 points ($0.10) per hour for your direct referrals' usage, and 10 points per hour for your 2nd through 5th level referrals' usage.
Is there a maximum amount of referrals?
- No.
Is there a maximum amount of payable hours?
- Yes, you can only be paid for 50 hours of usage.
How do I get paid?
- As soon as you accumulate 2000 points ($20), you can cash them in. You will receive a check within 30 days.

How difficult is the signup process?
- The signup process is very simple. Just click on Join Now and fill out a very short form.
What personal information do I have to give to sign up?
- You have to provide ePIPO with your name and address information, as well as your email address, and your birth year. You must also select a Partner ID, and answer two questions about your web usage.
Can I download the software and start making money immediately?
- No, currently the software is in a limited beta release, but will be released to everyone soon. You can still sign up and begin building your referral base, so that once it is released, you are making more money.
Do they provide any tools to help me with referrals?
- Yes, they provide you with sample email messages that you can send to your friends, and banners that you can put on your website.
Software Questions:
How large is the software download?
- The software is still being tested, so the exact download size isn't available yet.
How big is the ad display on the screen?
- The display size will be about the size of a normal banner ad.
Can I reposition the ad display on my screen?
- Yes the Surf Window can be moved to any position on your screen.
Is the software available for systems not running Windows (i.e. Mac)?
- The first release of the Surf Window will only support the Windows operating system. They expect to begin adding compatible versions shortly after the Window version is complete.
Can I customize the software?
- No customization options are currently listed on their website.
Can I use this software at the same time I am using another "Paid to Surf" companies software?
- It looks like the Surf Window will not interfere with other companies' software.
Are there any additional features of the software?
- Yes. There is an "activity light" that lights up when you are making money. It also displays how many points you have earned. There is also a button that has answers to questions about the surf window. You can also hide the part of surf window that has the buttons and the ePIPO logo, which is a link to the ePIPO website.

Do I have to be browsing the internet to make money, or does it work when programs other than my web browser are running?
- You have to be actively browsing the internet, with the Surf Window open, to be paid.
Do I have to click on the ads, or buy anything?
- No, you get paid only for viewing the ads.
Can I use the service on more than one computer?
- Yes, you can use the service on any computer, but you can only have one account. Also, one computer can only have one account on it.
Can I view my account information (hours logged, current accrued amount, etc.) on their website?
- Yes, you can view your name and address information, as well as a report of the number of referrals you have made. You cannot view any report of hours logged by either yourself, or your referrals, at this time. I imagine that this will come when the software is released.
Can I change my account information?
- Yes, you can change any of your name and address information. The only things that you can't change are your Partner ID, and you referrer's ID.
Are there any special rules I should know about?
- Yes, you cannot spam people to gain referrals. Anyone caught spamming will lose their ePIPO membership.
Is the service available to international users?
- Yes, international users can sign up. They will, however, be rolling out the Surf Window to US users first, but international users will be able to download is shortly thereafter.
Does the company offer any other programs?
- No.
